Brook There brings a collection of ethically-made eco underwears.
From day one, ethics and sustainability have been at the heart of Brook There. Choosing low-impact fabrics and production methods, and keeping their factory close to home “so we can get to know the people who sew our garments by name.”
All the pieces in the collection are made from low impact materials, such as organic cotton jersey made from GOTS-certified yarn which is milled in South Carolina or California. Also, the brand chooses to trim certain styles in pure silk rather than cheaper synthetic blends. Also, Brook There uses fiber-reactive dye to create most of their colors.
All their products are cut and sewn in Fall Rivers, Massachusettes. Meaning they have direct access to the production line and can personally ensure ethical practices for their workers.
When it comes time to ship, the brand uses Eco-Enclose recycled poly bags and recycled tissue paper, with the goal to avoid single-use plastics at every turn.
We love the earth-tone colors and styles of these everyday cotton underwear which come in 6 different styles (High Brief, Brief, Thong, Bikini, Hipster, and Boyshort).
