The Mediterranean climate of the southwest is widely regarded as a biodiversity hotspot, considered by many as a natural wonder of the world. The brand helps to conserve this and ensure that all of their farming practices are in keeping with organic principle.
The brewery utilises waste reuse and minimal fertiliser application at all turns. The beers are served in cans, which has some benefits in reducing carbon footprint in transportation (as they are lighter) and also endlessly recyclable.
